When I feel like eating Japanese traditional food, I try to cook by myself as much as I can since I moved to Spain. (Yeah, I can NOT buy this kinda things in Spain!!)
This is called "U-NO-HANA", of which is made from OKARA. OKARA is fiber of soy bean after TOFU is made.
This is my first try, but it was soooooooo good!
One shot in a day. There is nothing special. Clipped one scene from my life in Madrid.
